I dispatch to your location to perform services. No need to pack things up and haul your unit to a repair facility.
Standard Rates
My standard service call consists of a dispatch charge and a minimum of 1 hour of labor. Payment is due at the end of the dispatch.
- Dispatch charge is $50 for the first 25 miles from Castle Hills TX. $1 per mile after that.
- Standard labor rate – $125 per hour
- Air conditioner cleaning – $125
- Air conditioner replacement – starting at $300 plus parts
- Preventative Inspections starting at $125
- Awning Fabric Replacement – starting at $500 including fabric and installation
- Washer and Dryer installation – starting at $300 plus parts
Free Estimates
I provide free estimates. If you call me out to for an estimate, the dispatch charge is still applied but time spent performing the survey and writing the estimate is free. However, if I am dispatched for a repair and the diagnosis leads to an estimate for replacement parts, the time spent on the diagnosis is billable.

Dispatch Charge
Loromar is a mobile service. I dispatch to your location and perform repairs on site. You don’t have to pack up your vehicle and bring it to me. I charge a fee for that convenience that I call a dispatch charge. The dispatch charge covers vehicle cost such as fuel, maintenance, insurance, time, etc. The dispatch charge is $50 and provides for a 25 mile trip from Castle Hills, Texas. Any mileage above that radius is billed at $1 per mile.
Exceptions
I work on a lot of different thing but I do not work on engines, drive trains, wheels, sewage systems, suspension systems, brakes or generators.
Requirements
I will require access to the utilities required to diagnose and repair your trouble. If you have a plumbing leak, I will need water. If you’re having electrical problems, I will need electricity.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please provide me with 24 hour notice so I can fill the vacant appointment.
